A big part of my life is creating, editing or teaching the art of photography. I have experienced much of the world through a camera lens and, in a deeply personal way, I feel an image is a poem about time, about “staying in the moment”.

Photograpy can keep the memory of a loved one alive, capture a moment in history for future generations and be a witness to tragedy or joy. It can also help to create understanding, to inspire and influence people’s actions. Photography is the universal language of our era that speaks to the heart.
